Delivery

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 2 working days. Many of our products are made to order which may delay the delivery. If you need your order for a specific date please phone us on +44(0)7966166909 or email emma@emmaburton.co.uk to check the availability of the product that you want to order.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.

We send out all deliveries by Recorded or Special delivery via Royal Mail both of which require a signature. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are not going to be available to sign for the package.

 

 

Returns

We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us within 10 working days by email emma@emmaburton.co.uk or telephone us on +44(0)7966166909 to let us know and send the item/s to 47 Roundwood Rd, London, NW10 9TP. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Always obtain a certificate of posting as proof. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

If you place your order via our website the payment is processed by Paypal which accepts all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo, American Express and Maestro debit cards.

Via phone

You can also call us on +44(0)7966166909 with your credit/debit card details and we can process your order through our studio credit/debit card facilities.

 

By Cheque

It is also possible to pay by cheque. To do this simply either email your order to emma@emmaburton.co.uk or call us on +44(0)7966166909 or post the details of the order along with your cheque to 47 Roundwood Rd, London, NW10 9TP.
